Purpose of the scheme is to support companies in the day to day management of their Health & Safety. The scheme is designed to give companies maximum support in providing evidence of managing their H&S but we cannot take away the overriding responsibly of the individual company Director and their staff.

RBH&S Ltd is ‘competent person’for the company’s H&SPolicy.
Written company specific Statement of Intent produced.
Written company specific H&SPolicy, Systems and Procedures produced
Key Tasks identified and associated Method Statements and Risk Assessment templates produced.
DSE Assessment for all office based staff (if applicable).
Fire Risk Assessment produced for registered business office.
Bespoke induction package for all employees produced.
Monitoring of accident book and production of relevant statistics.
Reporting of RIDDOR accidents.
One site visit per month to monitor compliance with Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
Telephone support during office hours for H&S information, advice and guidance.
Twice yearly electronic newsletter.
Liaison with HSE as required.
Annual audit of all H&S Systems and procedures.
Site based delivery of a relevant Tool Box Talk, which will be recorded.
Awritten report presented on each visit, to ensure auditable trail for all above items.
